Huawei Collaborates With Pakistan to Provide Training to Government Officials
Pakistan President Arif Alvi recently Monday attend a meeting with the led president of Huawei Middle East Region Li Xiangyu at Aiwan-e-Sadr. This meeting leads to some amazing results that Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Technology and Huawei Company will collaborate to provide ICT training to 1000 government officials, to enhance the efficiency of work and service delivery.
This meeting was attended by some famous peoples Secretary M/o Science and Technology, Dr. Arshad Mahmood, Secretary M/o Federal Education, and Professional Training, Mrs. Farah Hamid, Additional Secretary M/o IT and T, Mr. Ali Sher Mehsud, Huawei Pakistan CEO Mr.Mark Meng, other senior officials of the Government.
During this meeting, President Alvi encourage the talent and resources in the field of technology and said that the government is also putting serious effort to polish the talent and put it in the right direction. President Alvi also appreciated the initiative of Huawei for providing this amazing opportunity to Pakistan and directed the M/o IT and T to launch these training programs as soon as possible for the government employees to train them in fields like Neural Networks Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Technology, Big Data, and Communication Technologies.
During this presentation Mr. Spacelee state that the organization had already provided 10,000 jobs to Pakistan and paid $120 Million in taxes to the Government from 2018 to 2020 and with this Huawei also spend $6 Million to the government for supporting them in disaster-relief efforts.
The Vice President state that they will provide these training programs to the employees with the help of Digital Pakistan. The Government Officials will register and enrolled through Digital Pakistan and training will be provided to them by Huawei Experts.
Huawei Pakistan's SEO Mr.Mark Meng said, “Huawei will collaborate with the public and private sectors in Pakistan to create an ICT ecosystem that drives digital transformation forward. We will continue to support the government’s Digital Pakistan vision with the latest technologies, unlocking new avenues of growth and innovation”.
This collaboration between Huawei and Pakistan will provide great opportunities to young employees. With the help of Huawei, Pakistan will lead to the future. Pakistan must take an interest and promote technology stuff. Technology is way to the future or is future. So, Pakistan must follow that track too.
