The iPhone 14 Pro appears set to be a much bigger upgrade than the regular model with rumors of an always-on display and a new hole-punch notch, as well as a 48MP camera. There is no “mini” variant of the phone included in the new lineup however.
According to a new report by Ming-Chi Kuo, the latest A16 Bionic chipset will be exclusive to iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Judging from this, the simple iPhone may have the last years A15 Bionic chipset and deliver performance similar to that of iPhone 13 series.
Trial Production
IT Home reports that apple has begun the trial production of its iPhone 14 lineup. Apart from the trial production timeline, the report also mentions that Apple is planning to mass-produce the iPhone 14 by August 2022. The timeline makes sense because the iPhone 14 series is tipped to launch on September 13, 2022. Consequently, Apple is expecting iPhone 14 sales to be higher than that of the iPhone 13 and hence, the company has already informed suppliers to manufacture more units than last year.

The 3d renderings of iPhone 14 have appeared online, and the size is said to match the actual size of the phones. The renders online were showcased by CAD creator Madmix, and they’re being sold online at decent prices. I’d advise to take these rumors with a pinch of salt, as rumors after all are rumors.
